General Questions:
DOES EACH USER NEED THEIR OWN LOG IN?
Yes, each user needs their own log in credentials for All The Right Type. Each account has customized goal settings for the user depending on age or ability and also has progress records for each user.
HOW DO I ADD A STUDENT/USER TO THE PROGRAM?
You can add users to the program by clicking on the "Teacher Maintenance" button for teacher or admin.
Account and Registration:
CANCELLATION FOR 5-DAY FREE TRIAL FOR SINGLE-USER:
- Login with your account first.
- Click the 'Edit My Profile' icon on the top of the screen.
- Click the 'Cancel Subscription button.
- Type your password and click the 'Submit' button to cancel the trial subscription.
CANCELLATION FOR 5-DAY FREE TRIAL FOR MULTI-USER:
- Login with the parent account first.
- Click the 'View School' icon on the top of the screen.
- Click 'Cancel Subscription' button.
- Click 'Submit' button to cancel the trial subscription.

DISPLAY IN FULL SCREEN: CAN THE PROGRAM DISPLAY IN FULL SCREEN?
Windows:
To achieve a full-screen display in Windows, press "F11" to maximize your browser window. You can then zoom in by pressing "Ctrl+" under the 'View' menu. To revert the window to its original size, press "Ctrl+0" and use "F11" to exit full-screen mode.
Mac OSX 7 (Safari):
If you're using Mac OSX 7 with Safari, simply click the arrows in the top right corner to enter fullscreen mode. You can then zoom in by using "Command+". To return to the standard view, press "Command+" again, followed by the maximize button.
Mac OSX 6.8:
For Mac OSX 6.8, click the maximize button to enlarge the window. Next, use "Command+" to zoom in, and then click the maximize button once more to maximize the window again.

LOGGED OUT: WHY WAS I LOGGED OUT OF THE PROGRAM?
Our program supports each user can only be logged into their account one at a time. If a user is already logged in, and someone attempts to log in with the same credentials, the current session will be terminated, and the new user will take over the account. A portion of the program is temporarily cached, allowing you to continue using it until you save or access the database again, even if you've been disconnected. However, when you attempt to save or access the database after being disconnected, the program will indicate that you are not connected, and your results will not be saved.
Additionally, the program has an automatic logout feature. If there's no activity for more than 30 minutes, the system will log you out for security reasons.

SHIFT AND CAPS LOCK DOES NOT WORK WITH FIREFOX
Firefox is no longer supporting flash, therefore, please use a different browser. We are upgrading our program to not longer require flash, so will be supporting firefox in the future.
"START" BUTTON NOT WORKING: UNABLE TO PROGRESS TO THE NEXT SCREEN.
Sometimes if the screen is not in full view it can alter where to click for the "Start" or "Next" button to progress to the next segment. Ensure that you're using the program in full view and that the zoom setting is at 100%. Please refresh the page after making the adjustment to 100% and the click box should adjust to the correct place.
THE PROGRAM WON'T LOAD AFTER I ENTER IN MY LOGIN INFORMATION.
Most browsers will just need to have their cache/cookies cleared, but IT have provided specific steps to take that will ensure you're operating on the current version of our website.
- Open your internet browser
- In your browser's toolbar, locate and select "Clear Browsing Data."
- Follow the provided steps to clear data from your browser.
- Close your internet browser.
- Open a new internet browser and go to www.alltherighttype.com or www.alltherighttype.ca
- Sign-in to your All The Right Type account
- Each page should be ver 2-20230322-0259p or higher to ensure that you're using the latest version of All The Right Type.
